A float from the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park back to our building. This is not a lazy river! You will experience calm and peaceful areas, as well as some rapids. There are several outfitters who rent rafts and provide pickup for tubing the Little River that runs through Townsend. This is the biggest summer family activity in town. For $10-$15 per person you can enjoy the beauty and mild rapids of this cool river for as much of the day as you like.
