Huge and delicious portions of sushi and hibachi, all cooked to order. While this restaurant is not in Knoxville but in Oak Ridge, it’s worth the drive! We support local businesses! Gluten free and vegan options as well. Closed on Sundays.

This little sushi place is run by a family and it has some of the BEST sushi in the area and is about 15 minutes away in Oak Ridge. The Moua roll is absolutely heavenly!
