Tips from locals
One of the nicest parks in Bay Ridge and all of Brooklyn. Owl's head runs along the water and have really nice views of the city skyline and of the bay and the Verrazano Bridge. 150 year old old trees. With a nice squirrel home. Walk down the hill to the pier and jump on a ferry to NYC, same price…
Beautiful hillside park with big trees, a playground, a water playground, skatepark, and basketball courts. We love to walk to Rocky's & Nicky's Pizzeria, get a slice to go, and sit on a bench at the top of the park looking out over the water.
You can walk, jog or just enjoy peaceful moments near nature, water breeze and have a great view of Manhattan
Fun beautiful park, its like the Central Park of south Brooklyn.! A pier is right next to the park, which summer 2017 there will be a ferry with a route that takes you to Red hook, Dumbo, and even across to lower manhattan. Its a nice way for people visiting to not be in the subways all the time…
Do you like long walks by the water? Picnicking in summertime and sledding in the winter? The spacious property contains rolling hills, peaceful, meandering pathways, and breathtaking views of the New York skyline and the Verrazano Bridge.

“A true neighborhood (and not-from-the-neighborhood) bar in the area. The interior has an iconic feel of old New York. Lots of oak and stained glass. The staff is wonderful, warm and welcoming and the drinks are not overpriced.”
