Hi-Wire is hands down my favorite brewery. They have 3 locations around Ashveille. Big Top is the largest, Southslope is small but in downtown Asheville and their third location opens soon in summer 2021 - and will be along the river in the river arts district. Monday's are typically beer and burger night - $8 burger and fries from Foothills (THE BEST) foodtruck and $2 flagship beers! Buy the burger first to get a token for the beer!

Several locations, this one in near Biltmore. Big open space with indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome beers! Occasionally play big sports games on big screen.

The local favorite location of Hi-Wire, located in Biltmore Village. Big facility where you can drink and buy beer. If you’re here on a Monday, go to Hi-Wire for $10 double cheese burger night and beer night!
