No-frills ramen shop that makes its own noodles. (Have a look at the nifty machine when you pay at the counter.) If your priority is deliciousness, we prefer Columbus Park Ramen. But if it's proximity, Shio can't be beat. 5-minute walk; vegetarian option.

This guy makes his own noodles. Ramen here is really good, though personally we feel like everything needs salt (which is ironic, considering "shio" translates to "salt").
