Gorgeous beach, something for everyone...sandy and rocky. Best around low tide. Sandy beach uncovered 2 hours after high tide & disappears 2 hours before high tide. Great for rockpooling, scrambling, surfing, bodyboarding, sunbathing on the hot, flat rocks. Lifeguards. Not best beach for swimming, sea often quite rough. No amenities. Free car park for National Trust members . Next door beach to Constantine.

Booby’s Bay: I have to say this first, and I am going to be honest, my family and I only came here because of its name. But it is picturesque beach with mainly rocks. Walking from this beach to Trevose Head lighthouse is a lovely walk, lots of scenery and the view of three beaches when you reach the top; Treyarnon, Constantine and Booby’s
