Designed as a wet-weather attraction, the Rum Story is set in the original shop, cellars and courtyards of a rum trading business, and tells the story of the U.K.’s rum trade, which originally centred on Whitehaven.

This has got to be one of the best historical places to go. Spend a bit of time looking around so you don't miss anything. Fascinating piece of history, great clock worth a wait for it to chime shall we say! You also get a shot of Rum on the way out. Well worth a visit
