I'm a fan of Modern Market, another fast-casual restaurant. I like the salads here. You can get whatever you want in it and they prepare it right in front of you. The pizzas are great too - thin crust, baked in a brick oven. MM also serves sandwiches and soup. I've been coming here since it first opened in 2009. MM now has 30 fast casual restaurants around the country. I love their concept. Try it out if you want something fast and healthy. There's even one in the DIA airport!
