Taking advantage of a Costco membership can be a huge plus for renting short-term as you can stock up on the essentials easily for the duration of your trip.

Costco offers pretty well everything you would need from an affordable place to eat (their eatery has foot long hotdog or sausage and a large beverage for $1.50), to free food samples, to anything you'd need. Note - CostCo requires a membership for entry, but doesn't require a membership to eat at their fast food restaurant inside towards the returns desk. It is a short 5 minute drive from the Tiny House.
