Probably one of the most popular restaurants in Ajijic, Scallion has become a favorite with American and Canadian expatriates. The restaurant offers a Mexican/Italian fusion and live music in the afternoons. An excellent choice for brunch or dinner, just keep in mind over the weekend the waitlist is long.
