鶏のホルモンをベースにしたちゃんぽん麺が有名な名店 [Mikasa] Their best recommended menu is Champon noodle (spicy noodle dish mixed with seafood and vegetable) served with grilled guts of chicken. It is perfect match with white mild pork bone soup stock.
