This is the MOST amazing breakfast, brunch and lunch spot with the best prices, view, staff, and over all ambiance. On weekends the nightlife is usually pretty good, and at night the views are just as magnificent. It is located right on wilshire at the VERY top of the Wilshire Hotel (once you go all the way up the elevator go to the other elevator and go all the way to the roof).
