Hay on Wye is known as 'The home of books' with over 1000 books for sale per person! Recently renovated the castle is well worth a visit. We visited on a Thursday when the market is in town. Lots of local producers and gifts.

Hay Castle is being renovated and will be a wonderful landmark for our area, with a gallery, museum and as a location for music. Rich in history. Fabulous views.
