Just at the top of our street is the entrance to Williamson Park Ravine. It is a beautiful unspoiled bit of nature hidden in the middle of the neighbourhood. It gets muddy and slippery when it rains so don't venture down there in your good shoes. The trail is well marked but precarious in places and requires some balance to cross the creek along the narrow planks that serve as bridges. Well worth a visit!

"Hiking Trail" is a stretch for any outdoors-person, but it is definitely the best we have in our neighborhood. A little green oasis steps from our door. It will take you down to Fairmount Park.
