Located less than an hour from Buckfield, Sunday River offers winter skiing in addition to year-round activities including mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, hiking, white water rafting, golfing, fishing and scenic views. The town of Bethel is a quaint town with plenty of shopping and eateries.

Sunday river is our favorite place to ski in the winter, a wonderful place to hike, play golf or sightsee in the summer. The best part is, it’s only 15 minutes away.
