Locally owned homemade real Italian food made fresh daily, lunch and dinner. The owner Mike Fryar is always on site making sure that the service and food quality meets his high standards. This is a mom and pop, elegant, classy, restaurant. It gets a 4.9 out of 5 on Facebook reviews from 169 of his customers, which includes me. Trip Advisor rating is 4.5 out of 5, from 55 reviews, and Yelp rating is 4 out of 5, from 21 reviews. Needless to say this is a highly recommended place by many of it's patrons both local and those who are passing through. If you show your server your Airbnb reservation on your phone with "At the Edge of the Sherwood Forest" you will receive a complimentary appetizer with your meal. Closed on Mondays.
