Good for sightseeing and 15 minutes away, rated "best Bass fishing spot in California" Bassmaster Magazine in Oroville California. Year-round fishing: Salmon 10lb-50lbs., Steelhead 6lb-10lbs., Rainbow and German Brown trout. Fish from the bank or a spot on the river. Boat downstream 2 miles to the afterbay outlet or as far as the ocean, (only for the truly adventurous).
