Recommend classes with Rusty or Stephanie. A yoga experience that is hard to come by anywhere else. Be prepared to sweat while delving into the spiritual aspects of yoga. Take MUNI 14 or 49 to it.

Urban Flow is fantastic yoga. I love Rusty & Stacey. Their classes are usually crowded, but the yoga is oh so good.
