Opened in September 2021, Brouillon is the new space that acts as both a café and a refreshment bar in Plaza Saint-Hubert at any time of the day. Un super petit bar sur la Plaza avec capacité à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Juste un pâté de maisons. Ouvert en septembre 2021, Brouillon est le nouvel espace qui fait office à la fois de café et de buvette sur la Plaza Saint-Hubert à toute heure de la journée.
