Jean Luc (owner./chef) is a talent. The fella gets food like on a Frenchman can, bit like Brazilians and football. This place delivers special food ina super relaxed environment this is after all Samui. Jean Luc does go to extraordinary/ slightly unhinged lengths to get the produce he wants, especially shell fish/ game birds. Nothing on this menu will be anything other than spectacularly great , from the gin selection before you eat, to this magnificent Calvados/ ice cream/ apple desert that is just humbling Bloody brilliant, Davies guareentee'd
