Hanayoshi - Quite possibly the best sushi ever in the surrounding 100km. This place books out weeks in advance, so the trick is to go 5:45pm, be courteous to the sushi chef, decide what you want outside and write it down and pass it to them. Keep it low key and they will help you. Head to the onsen by the train station, grab a beer there, come back and pick it up in 45 mins and head home with your feast.
