Canoe. 1 hour ride from Pouzols. Nice scenery. From 1 hour to 2 days, so there's always something for everyone,you don't need to be very sporty. The last group (for 1 hour) goes at 5, so be early!

Canoë Roquebrun offers a wide range of canoe trips on the Orb river, in the unspoiled nature of the Haut Languedoc nature park. No less than 37 km of river are reserved to sports activities and particularly canoeing. Smaller or bigger sports fanatics may choose between trips from 5 to 37 kilometres.

Go canoeing along the Orb river valley. They will drop you 3 / 5 or 7 hours upriver and all you need to do is drift downstream - well mostly!
