You can get Jitney buses in-front of this Dominos Pizza which is open pretty late. This is around 6 minutes by walking. Jitney buses are every 2-5 minutes during rush hour and every 5-10 mins off hour and weekends. $3.25 is if you pay at the bus. You can buy tickets $2.75 in port authority community lines counter near gate 51.
