Hike to one of the highest points in Virginia. There is great hiking and mountain biking in the area, or just drive to the summit and park to watch the sunset!

Reddish Knob of Shenandoah Mountain is one of the highest points in Virginia, rising 4,397 feet. A narrow, paved road reaches the summit from Harrisonburg, Virginia.

THE VIEW! The road up there is a tight squeeze so go slow.

An overlook whose view never disappoints! I can provide turn-by-turn directions from Harrisonburg.

New American Restaurant
“Top Pick: An excellent American café, especially good for weekend Brunch, but a good choice anytime. Great service and moderately priced. A block from Court Square and other downtown attractions. “Our space, our meals and our service reflect what we believe a creative American restaurant can be. Our menus explore a broad spectrum of styles, traditions and flavors while celebrating the bounty of the Shenandoah Valley—meals made with fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavors.” They have a great bar, too.”
