Local modern Vietnamese food. Their now famous bowls of pho took them from a food stand at the farmer's market to two restaurants.

This place is probably most known for their French Dip Sandwhich with Pho Broth, they have a vegetarian option too! I like this at lunch if I am in the downtown area. The chicken wings are also good ..plenty of lemongrass and garlic in the sauce... Clever and Modern Menu, Vietnamese fusion I think.
