Tips from locals
Battleship Texas took part in some of the most significant naval battles of the 20th century during both world wars. Now docked along the Houston Ship Channel, she serves as a memorial to those turbulent times. Come walk her decks, and imagine life as a sailor!
Fantastic tour of a WW1 era battleship that was also used and updated in WW2. The tour includes areas that can be visited below deck as well as above. Get your photo taken while sitting on an anti aircraft gun! Of the touristy attractions in the area, this one is my personal favorite. I don't…
Wonderful old battleship in a national park and the monument is nearby and you have the whole Battleship almost to yourself

Neighbourhood
“This is a small mall but has all the basic stores like Macys, Crate and Barrel, Dillards, Chico´s, Cheesecake Factory, Vera Bradley, as well as plenty of sports stores and restaurants. If you want the big brand stores (Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth, Louis Vuitton) you will have to make your way to The Galleria in Houston, about a 25 min drive. ”
