Within walking distance. Great place for breakfast or brunch. Was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Huge portions. Suggest sharing. Famous for their chicken and waffles and stuffed french toast. You are welcome to bring champagne and they will provide the orange juice and glasses.
