济洲岛不止有传说更有佛法，还有着全东亚最大的药泉寺，而且它的罗汉殿里供有一尊世上绝无仅有、手捧大鱼的第五百零一尊罗汉，因为有能治疗百病的神水，所以被称为药泉寺。此地不仅是佛弟子前来礼佛之处，也是游览济州的游客前来许愿的地方。
