Tips from locals
The BEST bagels in DC, without a doubt. Also, surprisingly run by a bunch of Korean ladies. No fluff, just a little hole in the wall, but very good bagels. Cash only and very affordable.
This is a Dupont Circle institution. A Korean-run bagel shop that feels like you're back in the 1990s. Bring cash and don't be scared of the line.
Good for NY-style bagels. Some seating in the front and back, but best to take out. If you haven't had your coffee yet, think about what you want before you go in because they are almost too quick.

“They have dining too, but I prefer to sit at the bar. Upscale sleek decor make this a good place for a date or a couple of friends. Good for Happy Hour. My favorite: DC Brau “The Corruption” IPA.”
