Great day trip to Dauphin Island. You can drive the LONG way through Mobile or take the FERRY BOAT with your car/truck/or RV. Views of the bay, gulf, and oil rigs up close. On Dauphin Island, a must to visit is the Estuarium and Fort Gaines Historic Site.
