A great stop on your way towards Dallas, just on the edge of Waco. Plenty of sweets but famous for their fruitcakes.

They make fruit cake taste good! Also a wonderful assortment of cookies, scones, and pies. (Tip: grab some cookies and coffee and take them to the river for some calming scenery)
