There are many Ezīts Miglā (Hedgehog in a fog) in Riga, but in my opinion the best one is Agenskalns Ezīts Miglā. Great place with a good atmosphere. Usually crowded on weekends, so better make a reservation on Facebook or by call. A lot of place to hang out - outdoor terrace or in one of 3 indoor floors. Time to time also have different events and concerts.
