The beach is a rarely paradise that the natural environment has preserved. Only free beaches. Getting to the beach: From Ancona, head eastwards through the city to the coast road, and pick up the signs for Monte Conero. The road soon begins to rise and within a short while leaves the city suburbs to arrive at the slopes of Monte Conero. Mezzavalle beach is located just before Portonovo bay. You will have to cover approximately a kilometer on foot in order to catch up the beach, it's a kind of a hike so wear shoes to get down the road and to get back up.

Fantastic beach without sun chairs. Small restaurant. Steep hike of about15 min to the beach. Avoid weekends during the high season. Parking is usually provided on a field across the road from the trail to the beach.

una spiaggia selvaggia, libera da stabilimenti balneari. per arrivarci si impiegano circa 20 minuti a piedi per un ripido sentiero,ma chi non lo farebbe per godersi un angolo di paradiso?
