Anywhere up on the mountain will be enjoyable, including Bunny Flat hiking trail. Just follow the other cars up the mountain. Free parking and free hiking trails.

Panther Meadows is a beautiful (and very delicate!) meadow located on Mount Shasta. It is only accessible for a short time each year so take advantage if you happen to visit at the right time. Some gentle trails lead you through the upper and lower meadows, as well as to a natural spring where many like to fill their bottles or even take a moment to meditate. Learn more about this peaceful place from the sign at the trailhead, and remember to stay on the path to protect the delicate life that thrives here!
