If you go to the terminal you can get a bus to go pretty much anywhere in the country. The market is located right adjacent to the Terminal so you can always stop in to pick up some fresh groceries or snacks or fruits while you wait

Belize city bus terminal. Look for the James bus or the Floralia bus to bring you south to Hopkins. Both buses will drop you in the southern highway at the Hopkins junction. Taxis wait there to bring you into the village.

they are also public transportation from here in the village both Ramos and Haylock buses that goes to Belize City it takes about 20- 30 minutes.
