Russell's, formerly known as Eat Healthy Kauai, is owned by Kauai resident PJ Nagaya. This local eatery is absolutely the spot for breakfast or lunch and has something for everyone! Everything is made plant-based, made to order, and served with a smile. There are a few food options on the menu accompanied by fresh juices, coffee, and smoothies. great organic choices, gluten free choices, great little coffee and pastries in the morning and dinner at night. Very good outside seating but some covered. Wear pants sometimes not always there are mosquitos. Food is great and the owner is a personal friend. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken is my fav.

Our favorite night out in Kapaa. Local food, a funky tropical atmosphere and live music on weekends. They don't server alcohol, but you can get your bring your own wine or beer.
