A collaboration between Executive Chef Mark McNamara and Chief Winemaker Dan Swincer, the dining experience is the ultimate expression of fine food and wine. Indulge in a four or eight-course tasting menu, designed to complement the power and elegance of St Hugo wines, or book the Chef’s Table Experience, which includes a tour of the vineyard and kitchen garden.

Tasting a shiraz infront of the roaring fire is a must! For a special occasion I recommend the 5 star restaurant overlooking the vineyards.
