Bikes can be hired at the Spar/gas station in Cong. Another good option is the “Ashford Equestrian Center” (see section “Horseback Riding). Renting fees are 15/10€ per day for adults/kids. This centre also offers guided day trips and mountain-biking tours and lessons.
