If you happen to visit San Diego during the month of October, kids enter free in all San Diego zoo’s and museums.

“If you visit in the month of October children can sometimes go in for free with an adult paid ticket. Check their website to see if they are still offering this major discount. If you are looking to save yourselves a few bucks on food you can pack a lunch and take inside so you don't pay for overpriced meals and buy more souvenirs :)”
