If you are willing to take a scenic cruise through the countryside, Letchworth State Park is a must see. Located just under one hour away from Creekside Haven, Letchworth State Park has over 66 miles of hiking trails and is known as the Grand Canyon of the East. The picturesque waterfalls alone are breathtaking and a can't miss!

Letchworth State Park is about an hour drive from Allegany but is well worth the trip. Beautiful views with multiple hiking trails, water falls, gorges and picnic areas. The Glen Iris Inn offers meals and beverage.

According to Google Maps, it takes just 22 minutes to drive the 17 miles to the south entrance of Letchworth State Park, "The Grand Canyon of the East," where you'll find the Glen Iris Inn, overlooking the magnificent Middle Falls on the Genesee River and the breathtaking beauty of the gorge, cliffs, and railroad bridge.
