Why locals recommend it
It’s the largest cathedral in the world! As soon as you walk in, you get the strange sensation of feeling physically tiny at the same time that your mind is expanding. Gazing around, calming stained-glass windows and sculptures surround you. Right outside, the Cathedral’s cross-shaped Biblical Garden is a lovely place to reflect under a shady tree. Look for the works and faces of notables like Keith Haring, George Nakashima, Shakespeare, and Einstein sculpted into the walls. This place is filled with many little secrets.

Check out the largest cathedral in North America and an outrageous sculpture in the garden next door. Lots of funny and unique details to observe inside and out. **Worth the walk!** (112th & Broadway)

Today, it's one of the world's leading education institution and one of the eight Ivy League universities. The campus itself is beautiful and worth a stroll through the grand gates on Broadway. ”
