Be transported to another time, a mix of old German and old Chicago culture. Try the sausages and don't skimp on the sauerkraut. I also heard their potato pancakes are amazing!

North Center used to be a heavily German neighborhood and two great restaurants that remain are Laschet's Inn and Resi's Bierstube.
