L'Orignal Old Jail is the oldest jail in Ontario and the second oldest jail in Canada. The jail is a very unique tourist attraction in eastern Ontario. The historic building allows people to soak in the penitentiary atmosphere of long ago. Open to the public during the summer months. Other times, by appointment only.
