Corgi Spirit’s is Jersey City’s first distillery and they meticulously hand-craft gin, whiskey, and vodka. The space is reminiscent of a speakeasy, and the bar serves up signature cocktails made with their Pembroke Gin, Earl Grey Gin, and Saddlecoat Vodka. Corgi Spirits is closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
