This is my husband's favorite park. You can spend hours walking around and reading the plaques that identify trees from all 50 states and many foreign countries.

A quiet and peaceful forestry park that seems out of place in the middle of the USA! There are trees and monuments for astronauts, aviators and other famous people. About 20 min drive. Follow the signs off of 73 hwy. You will probably think you are lost getting there!
