This cafe has the best cream teas and is brilliant for breakfast. its best to book. The cafe is set in wonderful scenery and there are easy paths down to Eype Beach.

Best cream tea ever! You can park here, but we park down at the beach and then walk up through the fields as we then feel we have earned the right to the massive scones and copious amounts of strawberry jam and delightful clotted cream (I'm salivating as I type this!). They also do lots of lovely lunches of which always look delicious when they are walked past us. We always go for the cream tea though! In the current climate it's better to book to ensure you get a spot.

Brilliantly tucked away right in the hills, a great courtyard cafe for afternoon tea scones with lashings of cream from their cows, and delicious jam. Walk along the coast path, down through Seatown and up the cliffs the other side. At the Beacon, turn left and start walking inland and you will reach Downhouse Farm!
