A very nice place for the whole family. Football-golf, an adventure path, nice food, animals and a lot more. Sometimes they have fleemarkets.

It’s a beautiful place with many activity’s and dining. Activity’s like mini golf, horse back riding, football golf and a few more things. Best to visit during the summer.

Siggesta Gård Siggesta Gård (Farm) on the north side of the isle Värmdö has developed into a modern and exciting holiday destination. In the renovated barn from the late 1800s, you will find Restaurant Ladugården, with a bar, outdoor service and space for functions and small conferences. It also has wonderful terraces with views out over a unique and unspoiled Uppland agricultural environment. In the spring of 2004, the old barn was the object of a conversion project that caused many people to raise their eyebrows. It was renovated to create an event venue that could form the setting for a theatrical production or a concert for a seated audience of 500 people one day, and then provide a spacious barn dance floor the next. On the following days, it could be used for a local auction, a corporate event, a performance by the local music college and a weekend event or a market. In summer 2004, we put on a programme of theatrical performances, concerts and dances. Since then, Logen (The Barn) has become Norra Värmdö's "palace of culture and entertainment". Just a stone's throw from Restaurant Ladugården and Logen, you will find the Värmdö Runt Adventure Golf Course. It is the first themed mini-golf course in the Stockholm region, and provides a cultural and historical tour around a miniature model of Värmdö. Since the course opened in spring 2003, more than 100,000 visitors have pitted their skills against it! When Siggesta Gård then opened its football-golf course in May 2008, we set a new standard for football-golf in Sweden, with a top-class course that easily measures up to "normal" golf courses as regards the setting and the quality of the greens. Last season, we not only welcomed families with children, corporate parties and groups of friends, but were also visited by the first teams of AIK, Hammarby and Brommapojkarna. And, of course, by Värmdö IF, our local team. This year, we have extended the green course to present even more of a challenge. In time for Walpurgis Night 2009, we opened Orangeriet – a 280 m2 rustic eatery with a glass roof and walls, and a Mediterranean climate all year round. Orangeriet is your clubhouse, the place to start and finish your visit, with an ice-cream bar, café, light meals, information and service. In September, we will be opening the doors toHerrgården (The Manor), which has been closed for a century, but has now been fully renovated for meetings and functions, with hi-tech facilities concealed behind period fittings and furnishings. The booking service is already open. Siggesta is a unique environment; one of the most historically interesting areas of Värmdö, with burial mounds, remains of ancient settlements, and associated arable land whose roots can be traced all the way back to the Middle Ages. There are also nature guides who can help you learn to "read" the countryside and historical remains. Siggesta has long since been recognised as an excellent centre for horse-riding on Värmdö, and other much appreciated attractions include Galleri Edvard, with its Swedish Archipelago Art, the Siggesta Kläderfashion store, and the Ingrid Svahn Design interior design outlet.
