About a mile or so hike through the woods that ends on the shore of Mashpee/Wakeby pond. Crystal clear for swimming. Small parking area off Route 130
A rare example of Cape Cod old growth forest of beech woodlands and holly stands. Former carriage paths follow the shores of two ponds. Two peninsular knolls. Swimming, picnicking and fishing.
