Closest coffee joint if you aren't super fussy about your coffee like I am. Nice place to sit outside, good panini, good bread pudding. Has a nice has fireplace inside for chilly days. Also serves liquor. seven minute walk south on Coy, turn left one block, corner of Lorne and 2nd.
