Public library. You can go inside and read books or listen to music or (what I prefer) sit on the stairs of the building drinking wine watching the noisy, urban space. During summer open air cinema!

Modern comfortable library with beautiful view over the city. Free of charge for everyone. Reading books there is possible without membership.
